1. ¿What is the My Campero REWARDS card?
The My Campero Rewards card program was designed to show our appreciation to loyal guests like you. Simply present your My Campero REWARDS card at a participating Pollo Campero location to earn points you can redeem for any item you crave on our menu FREE. The more you visit, the more food you can receive GRATIS!
And don’t worry, rewards will be automatically loaded onto your card.
It gets even better! As a cardholder, you are eligible to receive even more offers and promotions year-round, plus a special Campero Gift on your birthday. And we’re already thinking of more rewards for the future.
2. ¿How do I register the My Campero Rewards card?
There are two very easy ways to register your card.
1. In-store. Simply complete a registration form and give it to a Pollo Campero associate. Your card will be activated within in 72 hours.
2. Online at houston.pollocampero.com. Please be advised, a card must be swiped in-store at register before it can be activated via online registration. Your card will be activated within 24 hours.
Unregistered cards can still be used to earn credits, but must be registered in order to redeem all those yummy rewards, like the FREE CHIPS & TRES QUESO DIP you’ll get just for signing up.
3. ¿How will Pollo Campero share and communicate future amazing reward card offers and news?
You get to choose! When registering your My Campero Rewards card, you will be asked to indicate your communication preference of email or text message. In case you change your mind, you can always update your preference at anytime.
4. ¿Is the Pollo Campero Rewards Card a gift card? Can I load money on it?
No. The card is just for our rewards program. You are unable to load any cash values to the card.
5. ¿What menu items count as “qualifying points” toward earning free food?
That’s the beauty of My Campero Rewards. Any and every delicious menu item purchased qualifies to earn points toward more amazing food.
6. ¿How many rewards can I claim at once? And are my point Rewards transferable?
You can redeem as many Rewards as you wish per visit. Points are redeemed in $10 increments for Rewards. Sorry, cards and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for Alcohol.
7. ¿Can I earn points or redeem my reward(s) in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions?
¡That’s a big SI! Yes, you will always receive a point for every dollar you spend at participating locations. And, you may redeem Rewards in with other discounts and offers. Pretty cool, huh?
8. ¿Do My Campero Rewards expire?
My Campero “Rewards” DO! My Campero “Points” do not. Once you exchange points for a “Reward”, the reward must be redeemed within 45 days. You may continue to collect and accumulate “Points” for the life of the program.
9. ¿How do I get a My Campero Rewards Card? Does it cost anything?
It’s FREE! GRATIS! And you can get one at any participating Pollo Campero location.
